Welcome to Kingpin RC.

My name is Ernesto Martinez, founder of Kingpin RC. I’m a local entrepreneur, business owner, musician, and builder who has created multiple businesses over the years — from custom apparel shops to collectibles and toy stores like Out The Box.

When I got into the RC hobby, I quickly realized how much fun it was — but I also noticed something missing. There needed to be one place where people could find RC spots, hobby shops, meetups, events, and other local enthusiasts without having to search through a bunch of different groups and pages.

That’s why I created Kingpin RC: to help bring the Colorado RC community together. Whether you’re into crawling, bashing, drifting, racing, scale builds, or just getting started, this website was built to help you discover new places, meet new people, and enjoy the hobby even more.

Everything sold through this website helps support the project. Our apparel, stickers, and merchandise are all produced in-house by our team. We design it, print it, produce it, and ship it ourselves. Every purchase helps fund the website, the community tools, the content we create, and the continued growth of Kingpin RC.
